Most orders of in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 6 business days. I am a one-woman shop, living in a remote rural area, so patience is appreciated!
Most orders will ship with New Zealand Post. I will not be held responsible for anything after your order is in their hands, but will help with any trouble if needed.
For pick-up options, I will contact you on your email asap!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Most items purchased from my online shop may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Just shoot me an email to get the process started.
Customized and commissioned pieces are not returnable. I am not able to offer exchanges.
Downloadable items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Tattoo Booking Policies
I want your session with me to feel calm, respectful, and stress free for everyone. These policies are here to protect both your time and mine, and to make sure the studio stays a lovely place to create.
By booking a tattoo with me, you agree to the following.
Deposit
Booking a tattoo require a deposit to secure your appointment.
- The deposit confirms your booking and design time
- Deposits are non refundable
- Deposits can be transferred to a new date if you reschedule with enough notice
Your deposit covers the time spent designing your tattoo and reserving your slot in the calendar.
No Shows
If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, your booking is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Please message me as soon as possible if something unexpected happens. Life happens, kindness matters, and communication goes a long way.
Payments
- Tattoo bookings require a deposit, with the remaining balance paid as agreed. Cash or bank transfer is always appreciated as it helps me avoid online payment fees, but we can also do via online link (no card/paywave available)
- All prices are in NZD
Design Ownership
All tattoo designs are original artworks created by me, Dïne The Fox.
- Flash designs are tattooed once only unless stated otherwise
- Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or tattooed by another artist
- Please respect the art, the time behind it, and karma ✨
Age and ID
- You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed
- A valid photo ID may be required
Health and Safety
Please let me know in advance if you:
- Are pregnant
- Have any medical conditions
- Have skin conditions in the tattooed area
If you are unwell on the day, it is always better to reschedule.
Studio Respect
My studio is a quiet, inclusive, and caring space.
Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to refuse service if needed.
